It is good that the glass did not fall on his feet. And we called the waiter to wipe the table and clean the glass. Why were we immediately told to pay for the broken dishes, although I did not hit them. We refused to pay and called the administrator, the same rude "director" Natalia. Cameras are directed at the tables. We asked to look at them and make sure that the glass just broke on its own. Natalya cleaned herself off as much as she could.
We were not concerned about the price of these dishes, we spent a lot of money in this establishment for two nights, but we fundamentally did not want to pay for their low-quality dishes. In the end, Natalya came to our house to bring the recordings from the camera, without even watching them, and once again said that we had to pay, otherwise she would call the police. What we agreed to. She was surprised that we agreed to the challenge. And of course she didn't call anyone. Already standing next to us, I watched the recordings from the camera. She made sure that no one broke the glass and did not even think to apologize for the quarrelsome evening and mood.

There are no air conditioners. A refrigerator too. In summer it is extremely uncomfortable, but tolerable. All gazebos on the territory are paid for separately, even for guests. For some reason, their prices differed every day and did not match those declared on the website. If the price of the room is UAH 1.500, the price of the gazebo is UAH 3.000 per day, they are not rented for less time.
On the following day, the director named the sum of UAH 1.250. It is extremely strange for guests to pay for a gazebo on the territory for such funds. Sit and at least eat your pie, if you don't plan to eat in a restaurant, you can either in the room or sitting on the ground.
We will not visit this establishment for the third time because of the director Natalya, who completely spoils all impressions of the hotel with her attitude towards the guests, humiliating them as much as possible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

And, of course, the mood improved - because, I repeat, it’s beautiful. But not sleeping is no longer a rest perfect, unfortunately.
For the sake of fairness, I would like to note the special convenience of the bed - the mattress is cool, the handmade bed made of wood is very convenient for "lying around". Many details on the territory of the hotel are made with soul. But! It was impossible for us to sleep or even rest when the bathhouse was working.

Negative reviews, of course, are also useful, but you still need to decide for yourself what quality of vacation you want. If you want an all-inclusive holiday, then there is nothing for you to do there. This is a rest for the soul, there is a real forest, quiet, beautiful, pleasant staff.

We arrived on Friday, it was raining like a bucket, the power line was damaged for a short time, the electricity was turned off, we were given a huge gazebo as an apology, a brazier was already lit by our arrival, this care was pleasant. It may not be convenient that there is no restaurant or cafe on the territory, but if you take all the necessary products with you (and in general we bought everything we didn’t get in the local store in the morning) and, with pleasure, cooked our own food on a wood-burning stove, there is also tandoor, barbecues, etc. In general, we really liked it, we will definitely come again,
