Very, very old hotel, everything is falling apart before our eyes. The owner of the hotel wants to squeeze everything to the last, without investing anything. But it is better to "admire" it from the outside. Russians are accommodated in the worst and noisiest rooms overlooking a fairly busy road. The entire 1st and 2nd floors overlooking the road are inhabited by Russian tourists. Plumbing in the bathroom is very old, literally falls off the walls, the water does not switch on the first try. On the 5th day of rest, our room 103 was flooded (because the hotel has worn out pipes, but no one is going to change them, because we need to earn money. They offered to relocate us to a damp room on the 1st floor, explaining that the rooms are on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool in the hotel are for dear guests, which we are not. Despite the fact that 70% of the hotel guests are Russians, like the co-owner of the hotel, the best rooms are provided by the British.
We have not seen such a disdainful attitude of the main manager of the hotel towards tourists from Russia anywhere in the world. Complete disregard for the interests and conveniences of the guests.
The towels in both of our rooms were in a disgusting state, gray, shabby, scary to pick up. Rooms are not cleaned very well even before check-in. Dirt, hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Unpleasant.
We do not demand 5 stars from a 3-star hotel, but the only socket in the room that did not work and the light switch falling out at the head of the bed somehow did not add bright colors to the hotel.
The assessment of the Roman hotel is solid 2. Our family will not return to Roman and I will not advise his friends. Near the hotel there is a large construction of a large hotel, cranes and other large equipment is very noisy from 7 am until the evening.

Olive oil and wine and much more are better to buy when departing at the airport in duty free, much cheaper. The hotel is located almost on archaeological excavations. the amphitheater was visible from the balcony, the hotel itself is made in a historical style, the walls are painted with mythological pictures, very unusual, it sets you up for a wonderful atmosphere, the staff almost all speak Russian, there is no language barrier (which is also not unimportant), food (and we took breakfast, dinner) was very pleased, varied, tasty, live music in the evening, the pool on the territory, although not big, is clean and heated.

we went to the Coral Bay beach by bus for 10 minutes, the price is 1 euro, for the whole day, very convenient, although sunbeds and umbrellas are paid everywhere (6-8 euros for the whole day). Have a good rest in Cyprus!! !
