The game is worth the candle
Were 10 days in September 2019. We booked for almost six months, because the price was pleasant. TUI operator. After reading reviews about the hotel several times I wanted to change it after the paperwork.

Fine!
Good company, no tricks, transparent, efficient. No hidden fees. We met, told everything in detail, the tour guide was pleasant, without trying to sell a bunch of incomprehensible excursions. I recommend!

Not bad!
We stayed at the hotel for 11 days. There were doubts about the choice after a million read reviews. In general, everything is not as bad as it might seem at first glance.

Terrible!
1. The cost of the tour does not correspond to reality. On the site, at the manager, somewhere else the price is the same, but when buying it turns out that there are a number of incomprehensible surcharges. Especially the surcharge for choosing a flight (for comparison, the choice between departure at 18.00 and 19.15). And you can’t choose, that is, don’t pay, but fly away by anyone, you can’t.

Solid four. But it could be better.
The first impression of the hotel was negative - we arrived at about 9 am (early flight), and waited three hours for check-in! Of course, we understood that check-in starts at 14.

Does not pull on the declared stars
In general, the hotel is good. But the second time I will not go there. More than half of the tourists are Muslims, many children. Territory / Infrastructure. Pros: large, well-groomed.
