Interesting for history lovers and believers
Ukraine › Chernigiv › Catherine's Church
We were told that there had never been a functioning temple here, since the regalia from the wars, which were the faith of the Russian Empire, were kept. When they decided to make a temple, there was a confrontation for several years, but now there is a temple.

Interesting for history lovers and believers
Ukraine › Chernigiv › Trinity Cathedral
On Easter 2017, passing by, we decided to fix this temple, which has a very majestic bell tower. To be honest, one of the most popular places among "believers", but as for me, very odious.

Interesting for history buffs
Ukraine › Chernigiv › Kurgan Black Grave
It is believed that Chernihiv began from this place. You will see a large hill (mound) with an obelisk, which indicates that this is the Black Grave. On the way to Boldina (oak) mountain, this is a "significant" place where you can take pictures, and that's it.

For lovers of history and esotericism
Ukraine › Chernigiv › Anthony caves
This time we did not go to the caves and took pictures of their outer part in the form of churches. The dungeon has a part for tourists and closed passages. You can wander, you can meditate, you can pray, because there is an underground church.

Oak Mountain - for history buffs
Ukraine › Chernigiv › Boldina Mountain Park
Great place for walking. There are burial mounds and a cemetery with a monk's grave, which helps with illnesses. In addition, they recently organized a "temple" and perform rituals to raise the "warrior spirit".

Real city cafe
Ukraine › Chernigiv › Coffee house Charlotte
A cafe that I love dearly, because the atmosphere of an “elite-lady” establishment with “princesses” on the walls and delicacies that the “weaker sex” loves and completely without a touch of “glass” or “public catering”.

Interesting for history buffs
Georgia › Batumi › Gonio-Apsaros fortress
The fortress is not large, but it seems that the apostle Matthew is buried here (the grave is not allowed to be dug up). Entrance fee - 3 GEL. I was lucky, they let me and a few other "latecomers" in after closing (18-00) for free.

Charming place
Georgia › Batumi › Piazza
We really enjoyed this piece of Italy in Georgia. Many cafes (we were in Mimino), many places for photo shoots. Pretty!

Interesting for photography lovers
Georgia › Batumi › Argonauts Square
A very "European" place, photogenic, you want to spend time here and take a lot of pictures. The monument to Medea is not unambiguous for me from a historical point of view.

For lovers
Georgia › Batumi › Sculpture of Ali and Nino
I was simply amazed by this sculpture, I wanted to cry with admiration - lovers move towards each other, touch, unite in a kiss and part to bring in unity ....it’s fascinating .

Beautiful coral and underwater world! Need a mask!
Egypt › Marsa Alam › Abu Dabab Bay
There are 2 5 * hotels on the territory of the reserve - Hilton and El Malikia Resort Abu Dabbab (formerly called Sol Y Mar). I fell in love with this place when I was on an excursion in October 2012 (I'm attaching a photo).

Dreams come true ... the main thing is to dream correctly
Egypt › Cairo › Pyramids of Giza
From school, I dreamed of being an archaeologist in Egypt, I drew myself in a notebook with a spade, in shorts and a T-shirt digging sand at the pyramids. Um. In shorts and a T-shirt.

Egypt › Cairo › Cairo Citadel
We were brought here during the excursion to the Pyramids. Was the first stop after a long journey from Hurghada to Cairo. I wanted coffee and snacks. It was cold. Entrance to the fortress - paid, not included in the tour.

Interesting for fans of Egyptian history
Egypt › Cairo › Sculpture Great Sphinx
It was an interesting excursion, I liked everything, but a lot of things alerted me! Being a fan of the theory of Fomenko and Nosovsky ...I revised my photographs, as they were taken before I learned about the new chronology .

Egypt › Luxor › Colossi of Memnon
You just see them! A couple of minutes to explore and let's go! But you will see them! What else is needed to replenish the collection of happy memories?

Egypt › Luxor › Valley of the Kings
This is one of the hottest places - in the spring our camera broke due to the heat, but we managed to shoot something. The rest was taken with postcards that are sold as souvenirs.

Interesting for fans of Egyptian history
Egypt › Luxor › Temple of Hatshepsut
The temple is not big, but outwardly impressive. In principle, all that needs to be seen is outside (inside, a small crypt, we did not go in). I was glad to see everything with my own eyes, as it was an innovation both in history and in architecture of that time.

One of the oldest churches
Ukraine › Sednev › Holy Resurrection Church
Holy Resurrection Church, 1690. Built by Y. Lizogub as a family tomb (in the Baroque style). Rebuilt in 1796-1814. It is famous for its craftsmen to exorcise demons. Detailed instructions with illustrations hang in the church.

The manor in which the temple of science!
Ukraine › Sednev › Manor of Lizogubs in Sednev
This attraction is located in the center of Sednev - a monument of landscape architecture of the 17th century! Sednevskaya manor for almost three centuries was the main residence of the noble family of Lizogubs, who came from the Cossack foremen of the time of B.

landscape alley
Ukraine › Kyiv › landscape alley
In the very center of Kyiv, residents in 2009 were able to create an amazing fairy tale park. What for? You ask ...And in this way they were able to save the historical center of Kyiv from development (apparently with VIP houses).

Gotta walk...
Ukraine › Kyiv › Khreshchatyk street
In general, although the Stalinist architecture is beautiful, everything is dignified and beautiful ...but the sensations are not the most pleasant ....there are many homeless people, gypsies and other not prosperous people .
