Pros: first line, own beach, close to the airport, excellent sea, large swimming pool, decent food, proximity to the city. Cons: the hotel is not new, problems with towels and sunbeds after 9 am.
We were settled in semi-basement rooms, with amenities on the block - we ordered this for two families, it suited us. If we had looked at everything at once, we would never have stayed there.
We traveled from 19 to 26 June. We were lucky with last-minute trips (TUI tour operator worked for 5 points), a week with breakfast and dinner 2 days before departure cost 420 euros per adult.
It was the 3rd time in Egypt. I think that the hotel is fully consistent with 4 Egyptian stars and its price (3 days before departure, they took vouchers for 8 days for $ 515 per person, the usual price, of course, is a little more).
