Nord-Ukraine is a complete nightmare
We bought a ticket to Tunisia at the Kiev office of Nord. Since there are no options for Ukraine on the site, I chose Moscow as the title. In the Kiev office, the manager mixed up the dates and sent us 8 days instead of 11. This turned out on the eve of departure, when we were given tickets and a voucher.

Wonderful hotel and complex
we bought Sapphire, but since we arrived at 10 in the morning, and there were no 3 free ones, then in order not to wait for check-in until 2 days on suitcases, we were settled in the neighboring Tomaz, which turned out to be the best and newest hotel in the entire Golden 5 complex.

Good vacation
The villa is new, no frills, clean, comfortable, has everything you need, the rooms open onto 2 courtyards - 1 is closer to the main street Jadransky put, the 2nd courtyard is formed by neighboring villas.

Great stay
The hotel is just great. For 10 days of rest there was nothing to complain about, even if you really want to. The rooms are clean, bright, air conditioning works well. The fridge is small, but the two of us managed somehow.
