We rested at Yassou Kriti Hotel (ex. Kavros Beach) 3* at the end of August 2025. The hotel is located on the seashore and has its own beach - this is its only advantage. Everything else is HORRIBLE!

Let me start by saying that we chose this hotel based on a bunch of positive reviews, and honestly never regretted it. This is a small, cozy hotel located almost on the seashore (less than 50m), around which you can see fabulous views of the mountains.

Good day! It was my first time in Greece with my family. We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon. Despite the fact that the check-in at the hotel starts at 14.00, we were settled in the room immediately, put on bracelets and told how to get to the restaurant for lunch.

Bad old hotel, no wifi, no pool, good location

The location is good, almost the center of the resort town of Agia Marina, there are many good taverns, bakeries around, a stop in Chania and the sea is literally across the road.

Chose this hotel based on reviews. . . then, after choosing and paying, I looked at other sites, where there were negative reviews. Hotel on line 1. There are toilets next to the beach so that the "savages" do not relieve themselves in the sea.

As a person who has been to different places and different hotels, I can say with confidence that summer beach is the bottom. In short: summer beach is an ensemble of sheds chaotically set up on every free piece of land, old furniture in the rooms, dirt and unsanitary conditions.
