Unfortunately, on all sites (including tour operators) the information is not truthful enough: such a hotel (apartment) does not exist. "Rentalmar" is a real estate rental agency, and "Ruleta" means "Roulette", that is, a system like "Fortune" - you get into an apartment where there is a free room.

Small...but clean

Good hotel
Small, very cozy, all in greenery and flowers. The rooms are not luxurious (3+), but clean. The food is very varied and tasty, the staff is (mostly) friendly, smile more often in response.
