Tell me, please, where is the best place to swim to see the most beautiful corals and the underwater world? They write that there is a pontoon nearby from the Makadi Palace hotel, but are they allowed there?

I also read recommendations to negotiate for money at a diving center so that they could take Stella Makadi by boat to the reef. Maybe someone went too? In general, I would be grateful for any recommendations regarding snorkeling.
