we rested in early September 2021 -WiFi everywhere, spoke to staff only in English (I can not say what languages are still used in the hotel), for the bed I will not say

Wi-Fi caught at the reception, near it and near the central pool, in English and Russian (not very). We were delivered two beds for two children - free of charge
