According to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Belarus (from 07.12.2020 № 705) from December 21, 2020 the order of entry into the Republic of Belarus and departure from the Republic of Belarus is changed.
Rules of entry into the Republic of Belarus:
The crossing of the state border at the entrance to the Republic of Belarus at the checkpoints for road, pedestrian, railway and river connections by foreign citizens and stateless persons (hereinafter - foreigners) has been temporarily suspended.
The restriction does not apply to persons entering through Minsk National Airport, as well as to:
foreign citizens traveling for diplomatic and service passports;
heads and members of official delegations;
foreigners who provide international technical, international free and other assistance to the Republic of Belarus;
drivers of vehicles during international road transport, as well as international mail;
crew members of inland waterway vessels, trains
