From personal experience: in the Best Western hotel chain, which includes Bila Labut, where I had to stay in Europe, wi Fi was in the halls.
By the way, the White Swan / Bila Labut' is a nice hotel, actually 3 * (there is not enough teapot - it was in French hotels), but it is ideally located for the development of Prague.
