Czech shoes
Maybe a little strange question, but still: my grandfather is 83, he suddenly ordered Czech shoes :) Bringing Chinese shoes from Prague is somehow stupid. Really buy Czech not for a million? :) Thanks.

Of course it's real. Ask in the stores where they are made. Footwear production in the Czech Republic is quite well developed.

Bata brand store on Wenceslas Square. Despite the "brisk" place, they were satisfied with the quality and price of shoes.

Bata - horror, not shoes, wooden. The only merit is that it is indestructible. But the block, the materials are just akhtung. Grandfather probably still remembers from Soviet times that Czech shoes are better than Soviet ones :)
I always bought Ekko and Clark for my elderly dad, but there, of course, China and Thailand can be seen on the label :)
For a more expensive option, try looking for a German Salamander. I saw her somewhere in Prague.

I completely agree with Pachok: Vata shoes are absolutely not wearable. Especially for the elderly. Buy better Ekko. Moreover, Ekko in Kyiv and Prague are still different in quality. For example, we bought our mother-in-law Ekko autumn boots in Prague 4 years ago, and still wear them with pleasure. Moreover, after them, of course, a bunch of new shoes were already bought, but she still loves those old and very comfortable ones. And one more detail: the model that we bought her in Prague was not for sale here. Those. far from the entire range of the same brand reaches us. It's a pity, because it turned out that shoes of the same brand, bought in the Czech Republic, are more comfortable.

Thanks everyone for the advice.
Found in the Bata store on Wenceslas Square excellent soft shoes with a wide front with rubber soles for 50 euros. Made in Bulgaria. What a grandfather needs is practically slippers. Naturally, there are hard models of course. You have to look and choose.
