Tell me, is it worth taking it (we are going in mid-November)?

Very "for an amateur": it will be cool and damp, and the tour itself will be standing on the rapids (I don't know how it's called correctly): half the time in the sump. As for me, it will be more pleasant either to take a walk along the embankment or take a regular bus.

it is quite possible that there will no longer be any ships at this time

How will it not be boats???? I was twice in November in Prague and rode a boat (in the evening and in the afternoon). More interesting during the day. As for the tour itself, I liked it. Ships are double-deck. On the lower deck, a buffet (1 glass of Becherovka). If the company is selected good - a lot of fun. We bought more Becherovka and wine. Photos were taken at the top. If the weather allows, you can move to the upper deck and have dinner there. But it's windy there.
During the day the view is better.

We went at the end of September. For a long time I also doubted whether to go or not to go, but then I decided to do it. In principle, not bad, but the second time I will not go - it's boring.
Indeed, for the first hour we just stood in the airlock and had dinner at the same time, and for the second hour we went up to the upper deck and already listened to the tour and looked around. During the day, it’s probably really more interesting, because. when it's dark, it's not so good to see everything through the windows from the lower deck, and it can be cold on the upper open deck in November.
But once for informational purposes, you can go.

there seems to be another option for pleasure boats with music. Something like an orchestra plays all the way, it seems that the deck is closed. Plus dinner. Maybe for the autumn time this option will be more fun.

It all depends on how you generally perceive excursions better, if from the bus window, then there will be nothing on the boat, and if you like to walk and take pictures more, it will be boring. I think it’s easier to make a decision on the spot on the pagoda, if it’s not cloudy, then you can swim, but in general, November is a rather damp and cold month.
Personally, I was bored, for me a glass of Becherovka is not salvation, a couple of bottles - maybe, but then I wouldn’t remember everything from the route))

We went down the Vltava in May. Maybe if you go on your own, it's much more interesting than the garbage that the guide organized for us. Who ate, they say, all the food was "plastic". We are more for educational purposes. But there was no historical information. In addition to us, there was also a German group on the upper deck. The orchestra played out of tune for them.
