I submitted documents to the Czech visa center with a flight on 04/18/17, but there is still no answer. Can we still hope for a positive answer?
I will clarify. Departure in ticket 18.04.17. But there is no answer. I postponed the departure date, but the documents that are under consideration cannot be changed.

The visa application center did not report the date of the response?

They brought me visas to Italy on the day of departure, so it was. Did you try to call the Visa Application Center? Now, because of such hassle, I began to insure against not flying, even though you won’t lose money.

Submitted documents on 04/10/2017. With the expectation of a minimum number of days for consideration (from 7-10), since the invitation to the course was received late. Request for 90 days. Tickets were attached with a departure on 04/18/2017 and the course start date had already passed, although they said in the Czech Republic that being late was acceptable. In the visa center of the city of Kyiv.
Is there still a chance someone heard something like this?
I will check the stages of consideration only on the site. Says it's in progress :(

But I will not report this to the embassy. And no one calls, as if for evil from there. This is actually my first visa abroad :)

I think that the visa will be denied. Unfortunately. If you do get it, it will be a miracle.

If you are denied a visa, then in my insurance policy in your case it was written - "Refusal to the insured person in a visa. If the consulate of any country does not issue a visa in a timely manner when the tourist complies with all the rules and deadlines for submitting documents, this also considered an insured event.
I really received insurance against non-departure due to illness, but I also looked at your point. As far as I understand, you spent money on tickets, on a tour, and you could compensate for this through insurance from an insurance company, namely from INSURANCE and not travel.

If you applied for a visa for the first time, then most likely you consulted with someone.
There is such a catch, often travel agencies present themselves as visa centers, although they are not. So, is this Visa Center of the Czech Republic accredited with the embassy, otherwise those "fake centers" may simply not file docks with the embassy. After all, you must return the documents, so more than a passport. Check at least this. The deadlines are all out, you must demand a result from the CC, either positive or negative, which they will tell.
Here also, you requested a visa for 90 days (as I understand it), I don’t think that you planned to be treated for all 90 days, at first I would have asked for a visa specifically for the duration of treatment, and not a long one. I think that there were doubts about this at the consulate .

This is the most fake visa. Kyiv center in Gulliver. :(
I just hoped that they would consider it in 7-8 days, and they also said from the holding that invited me that their docks would be looked at as soon as possible.
