Please note that the Czech Embassy requires the ORIGINAL booking from the hotel, i.e. after booking, you need to contact the hotel to receive a piece of paper with a seal and signature by mail.

the minimum salary in the certificate should be 3000 UAH. you will have to buy traveler's checks or a bank statement. in general, it is problematic here, you, roughly speaking, are a poor tourist for the Czech Republic and will not be able to provide for yourself. if my father had a salary of 10 thousand UAH, then he could act as a sponsor, but for 4 people - hardly.

Disks from Petrovka are not fantasy at all. I myself was VERY unpleasantly surprised to find data about myself in some databases (reliable, by the way). The embassy is not required to write the reason for the refusal. Slap - and sit and think, either your photo was not liked, or they doubted the salary.
My accountant will not sign such a certificate to anyone, even to his best friends and relatives. Simply because it is illegal, and because someone needs a visa, and put his seal and signature under the "linden" to him.
