New rules for obtaining visas for frequent travelers. Has anyone already used it?
In the newspaper "Segodnya" for February 1, I read the following news: they say that recently the embassy has introduced an innovation for citizens who have been to the EU at least 2 times in the past 2 years on a C visa or had a multiple-entry visa. Now they can skip the queues, and submit their passports and related documents in a special window, where they are immediately given a receipt for paying the visa fee and told when to come for a passport with a paid receipt. And that's all. Has anyone already received a visa under this scheme? Is she working? For example, over the past 2 years I have 2 visas from the Czech Republic and one from Poland, is it possible to get a visa to Germany?

In my opinion, this is the so-called 5th window. There you can submit an application form on the Internet and the next day you can get a visa (I don’t remember the details). But since I am from out of town, I would still have to go 2 times, so it makes sense only for residents of Kyiv. On the other hand, I can note that I have many visas to Germany and I was offered to apply for an annual multivisa in the usual window. Which I gladly received. It was pleasant and unexpected.

so a visa to Germany is already given in one day (if all the documents are in order), and there are no queues, there are a lot of windows and everything is by appointment. Well, the questionnaire can be through the Internet, or bring it with you.
but for frequent travelers ... in my opinion there are other rules!

http://www.kiew.diplo.de/Vertretung/kiew/uk/05/Visa/Vielreisendenverfahren.html I read this information, but there seems to be something else written about the inviting party. That's why I asked this for all frequent travelers or only for those who have an invitation?

Germans, neat people, everything is clearly written.
Prerequisites:
You have had and have used properly in the last 24 months:
or at least 2 Schengen visas (category C, except transit),
or an annual or multi-year visa (category C other than transit),
And also on your last visa application a positive decision was made.
In addition to the "tourist " which provides only those visas where there is a inviting party. The Germans are like that
