I know cheap hotels Etap Hotel is the most budget of the AccorHotels chain. They have promotions, especially for early bookings, prices in Germany are no higher than 45-50 euros / double. We took 39 in the center of Munich. But in Dusseldorf there are none in the center. There are 4 hotels in 10-15-20 km from the center.
