You have to go to Europe on your own. Turning the preparation for the trip into another adventure)))) If you are afraid and do not know languages, there is no equal to Mandriv Fairy in terms of excursion level. They have both budget bus tours and more expensive air travel.

Incomarthur, Fairy. Slightly cheaper and more massive Accord.

Best on your own. Book a hotel on Booking, buy a map, a travel guide and make an approximate route of what you want to see and see

We had a great look at Germany with the "Accord" bus and with the "Alliance" air. They did not dare, because they did not know German at all! Now the circumstances have changed a little (a son-in-law appeared who speaks German), so we really want to go ourselves, combining Bavaria and a little Austria. With the "Accord" went 2 times. We flew with the "Alliance" when we knew exactly (mainly Berlin) what we wanted to see.

I have been to Germany 15 times without knowing German. If you know English, then German is not needed.
A travel agency for Germany is needed only if you do not know either German or English (at an intermediate level), or if you do not want to deal with a visa yourself.

Well, we definitely, at that time, had a case "we don't want to deal with visas on our own, ANYTHING". Now we have a cartoon. So we want to go, finally on our own. For me personally, Germany, as for a simple tourist, is a very difficult country. Much harder than France, for example. And not because I know a little French, but almost no German. Here we tried a little away from Paris, to speak English. They smile, well, just Smiles, and are silent, even though I see that they understand. In Germany it is even more difficult. For me. For others it may be the other way around.

And I love good sightseeing tours, although an independent trip is not a problem at all.

I really want to stay in Bavaria so that (well, except for Munich, of course) Neuschweinstein can be seen from the hotel window! Are there any tips?

And I'm so, ashamed to admit, I even miss such tours! What wonderful people we met! Lviv, Ternopil, Odessa, hello! How useful this is!

Scurra-2, near Neuweinstein there is a lovely little town Füssen (from Munich by train 2 hours). The castle is about 5 minutes by bus. Near the Alps, castles for excursions and just a great place for walking. In general, I highly recommend, you will not regret it.

To see Neuschwanstein directly from the windows of the hotel, then this is "Villa Ludwig" and you need to choose a room with a view of the Castle. There are several other small hotels, but the view is not guaranteed due to the fact that the castle is on the mountain, and the hotels are below, i.e. the castle is not visible from the windows.
Of course, it is not difficult to go to Germany on your own (booking a hotel, a package of personal documents and a visa for 7 days), but a high-quality excursion program can only be done with the help of guides. General impressions and the study of guidebooks are certainly important, but not enough.
If Bavaria, a local travel agency with group organized tours in Russian München Tour, if Berlin Mig Agentur (see their group tours for individual tourists on guaranteed dates here https://www.facebook.com/AKKORTRAVEL/ ), you can book directly with the performers themselves. Group bus tours from Ukraine to choose to your taste. Personally, I don't like moving at night.

My review about Mig Agentur. Traveled with them recently. On all excursions, headphones are not issued for tourists - this is explained by the fact that it is expensive and you need to clean them and change batteries - funny, isn't it? In Europe, hear this ??)) There were 25 people in the group with us, so you can’t hear anything in rainy weather, since everyone with umbrellas + needs to take a photo, protect the camera from the rain and somehow hear the tour, in general , complete failure. In Munich, they went with a failed guide, since the microphone was constantly on her neck, the sound was interrupted, and next to the tour there was a construction site with a jackhammer and so on. In Salzburg, we were lucky with the guide and thanks to her, but there are very narrow streets, again we got to the construction site, we almost lost a huge number of tourists and the guide, since she was all in black and there was no Mig Agentur sign in her hands. In general, excursions seem to be well organized + the driver is good, but such moments as the lack of headphones and signs scare me.
