We rested in Paradisus Resort Punta Cana. It is a 20 minute walk to the left of the bavaro if you are facing the ocean. The Paradise is more intimate, there are only two hotels (the bottom one is generally a four), but at the same time there was everything you need - excellent rooms, bars, pools, the food is quite decent. It's just that there is less territory, but I liked everything. We lived overlooking the garden, you could barely see the ocean, it was quiet, beautiful, in the evening there were theme evenings at the reception, there was a theater, the circus came, the casino was not bad, in general, there was something to do. Our friends live in Santo Domingo, so we also traveled to the Caribbean across the country.
