We rested in this hotel in June. The hotel is very beautiful, it's true, the rooms are chic, this is also true, everything else leaves much to be desired. We bought this hotel for $1200.00 for 5 nights for two. if we paid the full price, I would be very angry. if you want to take my advice and go to the Iberostar Grand Bavaro. this hotel is much better. We didn't even live in Paradisus Palma Real, but in The Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real, which is one step higher than Paradisus Palma Real. for the night the beds were spread out every other time, once in the evening the husband opened the door by knocking, the maid simply pushed him aside and without a word went to spread the beds, well, at least she apologized for decency .. Making orders for evening restaurants is also a problem, then the restaurant is closed then left only at 21:30 pm. In my daughter's room on the balcony, the jacuzzi did not work, they called every day, so no one fixed it. There is a menu of pillows, for three days in a row they called asking for down pillows on the fourth day they brought, but not down, but from paralon. By the way, restaurants in Reserve are better, but after dinner at the Passion restaurant, I had a terrible stomach upset, and I ate only seafood there. Husband, daughter, and daughter's young man ordered meat and were fine. At the Reserve in the restaurant "Gabi Club" all the food was fresh and tasty. We lived in The Reserve for only 2 days! Horror is simple! We lived in the Royal Service, paid 1500 USD per day. They tried to book a restaurant for the New Year - there were no more places :( We were shocked. We celebrated the New Year outside the hotel. Although we had an "assistant" in the service, who was supposed to help us in everything, including booking tables. We saw him once upon arrival.

Mi kogda bili v The Reserve internet rabotal prekrasno, a beach bil vishe vseh pohval, vsegda chistiy. A vot bili v Moon Palace v nachale iyunya, da ne sporyu resort krasiviy, no na plyazhe plavat nevozmozhno iz za bolshih voln. A bassein eto ne nasha stihiya. Tak chto tomu kto hochet plavat v more na etot resort ehat ne stoit. Otnoshenie k otdihayuchim v Moon Palace bilo tochno takoe zhe kak i v The Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real.
