I have something to compare with - without tour operators I drove along the northern coast of the Dominican Republic, the Caribbean coast and visited Bavaro. The hotel is actually 3. At first, we were pleased when we arrived, they told us the price for a standard room at $ 130 per person, and we bargained for $ 43. The kitchen is just awful. Everything is salty, overcooked - almost like fast food. In addition to greens, fruits, almost nothing is possible to eat. Thank God we were only in this hotel for 4 days and the last day at my insistence with a scandal (first in Spanish and then in English for clarity) we were moved to a preference building (at least I was able to wash my hair with hot water). Due to different categories of tourists (we saw about 6 colors of bracelets on tourists) - you find yourself in some kind of discriminatory zone: part of the beach for the Royal Club, part for the preference club. The staff is very intrusive

I won’t advise so that it doesn’t seem like an advertisement, ask the tour operator for hotels in Bayahibe (a chic bay near the reserve) - it takes about 2 hours from Punta Cana airport (transfer costs), but you will see the real calm Caribbean Sea and visit the wonderful excursions.

Terrible hotel and terrible service! I don't agree with what everyone says! Dirt in the room everything is old, a blanket like a towel in the union in the kindergartens were like that) the toilet is broken often there is no water. I went there with 4 kids and my husband! We were there for 8 days and every day I counted the days when we will eat as a lady, even the children were in a hurry with the lady.

Nichego ujasnogo ya ne videla v zhizni! Lyudi katorie v perviy raz na takie rezyorsi letyat dlya nih eto skazka! Na samom dele mojno lutshe nayti, u moih znakomih v nomere v matrasah bili klopi oni after nas poehali ya neuspela im k sozheleniyu vsyo podrobno rasskazat ob etom ujase!
