Where can I get water in this hotel
We bought a tour from June 10, 2011. According to reviews, we really don’t like the hotel, but we are going because of the reef. Where in this hotel can I get drinking water in the room if I bought All Inclusive, or do I have to buy water?

Each hotel in Egypt on the all-inclusive system works differently. There will be no specific advice from tourists, ask this question to your hotel guide at the first meeting.

I went on the HB system, but I can say for sure - they don’t put water in the rooms. It is problematic to dial it in a restaurant, so there is only one way out - to buy. There is a shop right in the hotel, but the prices there, as you understand, are several times higher than in the city. So when visiting Dahab, grab a couple of bottles on the way back (if you stock up on a pack of water right away, you may not be able to bring it to the hotel past the vigilant guards.
Well, in order to dispel some pessimism - you are lucky that you are going to Tropitel - there the water in the taps is fresh. Unlike other Dahab hotels. So at least you won't have to buy water to wash your hair :)
PS And the reef is really nice... and Blue Hole is easy to walk to. I envy you white envy. I have to wait until autumn. And don't pay attention to the little things, abstract yourself. Have a good rest!

If everything is included - water must be issued in a bar and restaurant. If not, bring 5 liters from Dahab. flasks - no one will say a word!

Thanks for answers. Buying all inclusive and at the same time buying water is the main thing that causes the most negative reproach when choosing a hotel, while the hotel is not the cheapest. Usually, when buying All Inclusive, there are no problems with water. With HB, of course, water is only for money.
It is a pity that there is no alternative choice this season - Mars is not transported, the sea is prohibited in Sharm ...

I understand that with all inclusive, water should be given out at the bar or carried to the room, but in this hotel even the bar on the beach is paid, I have not met with this yet ... But we will definitely not go to Dahab.

I think it's wrong. Go to Dahab to sit all the time in the dubious Tropitel in the absolute wilderness? Visit this diving and surfing "metropolis", feel the sports spirit, the tranquility of the Bedouin village, try the grilled grouper (in any European country this fish is 5-10 times more expensive), excellent slave soup, you won't cook this in Tropitel!

Diving hotel, for those who are not very demanding and not spoiled))))) Restaurant-canteen, rooms are old,,,,,,,, But everything is compensated by the SEA !!!!! and the wind,,,,, without which it’s simply impossible to survive under the sun ,,,, There is a pontoon, someone constantly dives from it and onto it, there is something to see! I will say-3+

I'll answer about water, if anyone is interested. They really don’t bring water to the room and don’t give it for free, but you don’t need to go to Dahab to get water, because in the bar you can buy 6 one and a half liter bottles for only $ 6. I saw Dahab only from the sea and when I passed by by bus. It seemed that this is a settlement of homeless people and beggars.

It is very interesting why you chose Dahab. and not Sharm or Marsu?
