The tour operator is normal, charters are transferred from all airlines, you need to be prepared for this and monitor the situation before departure. Just be mentally prepared for the fact that the departure time may change. Charters are not regular, the schedule can really change a lot. This is even written in the contract and the tour operator is not responsible for this.

Just returned from vacation. Anex tour is now blacklisted next to Jion up. They paid more so that the departure was at 3 am, and back at about 4 pm. As a result of the transfer, the flight from Kyiv was at 5:50 pm, and from Egypt at 7:30 am. There are no two days. We flew with this MOT for the first time. Too bad we didn't read the reviews earlier. Yes, everyone has transfers. But if others out of 10%, then only 10% is the norm. And the son's flight was canceled on the planned day. So decide for yourself. We'd rather pay more but not have a headache.
