Sea entry is excellent. Without a pontoon, on the sand. The sea on the territory of the hotel is a bay, and when entering the sea, corals go to the right and left to the side. We went in without special shoes. We were very pleased with the hotel and the sea (we flew on our honeymoon. We like to dive with a snorkel and scuba gear, the director of the travel agency took this into account and advised a break. The underwater world is very rich, there are a large number of corals, fish are not afraid to swim nearby, turtles. Once we went on an excursion on a boat to the corals in the sea, we thought that it was even more interesting there, but it turned out that there was an even better assortment of fish near the break :) A large number of stingrays - they do not attack, but you should not climb to them with your hands, as they will defend themselves. We hoped to see a whale shark on an excursion, but alas, no luck. . . we saw from the big ones - moray eels, and Napoleon fish. This year I was in Marsa Alam again but in a different hotel (Nada Resort). Very satisfied with the sea. I haven’t been to Hurghada and Sharm, but according to reviews I hear that the sea there is not so gorgeous in terms of corals and fish.
