Kyivstar was strictly tied to the local Etisalat, and on the territory of the hotel it received a signal only in the room (2nd floor), near the pool (an open area more or less free from buildings) and in the lobby. By the way, turn off automatic time zone detection on your phone. We had problems with the chronology of photos and videos due to the constant automatic change of time in the phone. I had to manually rename almost half of the files on my computer.
