all this nonsense is "very not recommended" - look at the map in Port Galibe dive center (DC), write to them or agree on viber - on average 1 dive (for those who have a certificate) used to cost about 25 euros (I think intradive is as much but it will be), DC employees serve ALL nearby hotels (organize a transfer) - you don’t have to be tied to a hotel DC at all.
