I would choose between Hilton and Shams. Was in both. Transfers to Khilon are much shorter. Huge tortoises were seen both in Hilton and Shams every day in several pieces. The dugong is quite often seen near the Hilton and less often in Shams. In Shams, the coral is cooler, but there is something to see in the Hilton. In Hilton there are unobtrusive entertainments, in Shams they are completely absent. The rooms are very interesting in both hotels. Decent food, good service.
