Only the light from the divers somewhere below me at the level of a 5-story building somewhere there glowed in spots near this vertical wall, where they were looking at something in the depths. And they weren’t at the bottom at all, because... this wall-reef goes even deeper, almost vertically somewhere, you just can’t see its end, that’s all. I was snorkeling calmly, trying to make out the figures of divers there in the dark, but I looked a little to the side and realized that I was already hanging above the blackness - I became very scared when I realized that I couldn’t see the bottom, I immediately combed back.
