In fact, Arabic in Egypt is not the main thing for work. First of all, English is needed to communicate with the Egyptian side. If you are going to Hurghada, then go to the office of TezTour (it is near Calypso) or Pegasus (on Sheraton Road) and ask right there. I think there is a chance that you will be accepted. You will only have to start from the lowest positions: first you will be a transfer guide - to meet and send tourists at the airport. You won't need the history of Egypt for a long time :)
