Question to those who took HB.
I tend to take HB meals. I want to take a hotel in Naama Bay. I don't worry about food. And what about drinks? Water, beer for a fee everything in the hotel. It turns out that when you go to the beach you need to carry bottles with you? Tell me how you behaved in this situation. Although I read a lot that drinks in Egypt, even with ALL, are free only during lunch and dinner.
Or maybe there is such an option: come to HB, and then if you pay for ALL (well, if there are such food systems in the hotel)
Thanks to all!

I had NV. Drinks at breakfast are free. Although they suck :) (tea - only black, lipton, from bags), juices - chemical drinks like "Yupi" :) But at dinner everything is already paid, moreover, not cheap. With water on the beach - we just bought several. bottles in the nearest supermarket and took with you. As for the"tax "-how to say..15 meters from the hull to the shore and you can"drag "))) I see no problem. Wine bought in duty free.

You were not informed correctly. ALL is all drinks free of charge throughout the day, it's not only plain water, but also cola, fanta, hibiscus, not very bad non-alcoholic cocktails, juices. If you want, beer, vodka, whiskey, cognac, rum, brandy, though everything is locally produced. We went HB for the first time, when we summed it up it turned out that we got there without alcohol. Since then only ALL. The heat is terrible bottles heat up quickly, and refrigerators in the bar. Analyze and decide for yourself.

It depends on which hotel on HB you choose. If it's the Hilton Fairows, it's super. By the way, hotels operating on BB and HB are much better in terms of food and service. So, for example, Grand Rotana, Four Seasons, Maritims, etc. And my advice - take a hotel about 2-7 kilometers from Naama Bay .... All the same, it's too noisy.

we didn’t have any problems at all - we went in February, we didn’t suffer from thirst))). bought a bottle of water in the city (very cheap) then boiled water for themselves and took it with them. Indeed, at dinner, all drinks, even tea, are paid. this didn’t really upset us either - fortunately I had a small boiler and tea (from Moscow) with me, they bought kakrade and cinnamon here ... mmmm yummy! food was taken from the canteen - pastries, eggs, butter, some of the sweet non-perishable was with them. don't starve, get better!

and ALL is taken mainly because of alcohol. and they graze all day at the bars, and lie next to them on the beach. Yes, and they are attached to the hotel - they didn’t have time to have breakfast, they have to have lunch))). especially resourceful people get acquainted with vacationers according to the ALL system and they supply them.
See for yourself, of course chilled drinks in the heat - this is a weighty argument!
have a good rest

All in egi is definitely more profitable, since all the drinks in the store, and even more so in the hotel, will cost a lot, for example, Pepsi or Cola 0.33 in the hotel costs $ 2, but you want to drink there, well, all other products are in the same style. about paying extra later, it depends on the hotel, but as a rule they refuse or I cut a very good price tag.

we don’t drink alcohol at all, we don’t graze at bars, but with HB we really wanted to have a cold drink on the beach, tea with cake at dinner, eat ice cream ... ALL justifies itself without alcohol, unless, of course, you are on a diet and do not count calories according to the table))))

Thanks to all who responded. The hotel just depends on the choice of food. Not all hotels have hb and all at the same time....

Fully agree with lerana07. Do not create problems for yourself, especially on vacation, take All, you will understand that it is much more profitable than paying exorbitant prices for every 200 ml of water later

Jen80-wrote absolutely correctly, you must definitely take a boiler, coffee, tea. What they offer is not drinkable. But in the main bar they make such cocktails very well, they cost $ 10 for HB, who is familiar with mathematics will immediately understand. As for drinking, the pig will find dirt everywhere.

Drinks in Sharm can be bought everywhere. Water prices are about the same as ours. Prices for beer are about the same (considering the good quality of Egyptian beer). Stronger drinks are more expensive, but they can be bought cheaply at the dutik upon arrival (we took a liter of whiskey for $5, Amar Khayyam red wine is also good for $5). So don't overpay for AL. And on the beach you can grab a small bottle.

It is necessary to go only with All!!! For the price, the difference is not much at all. But complete comfort. No one is tied to cafes .... many hotels serve lunch right on the beach. But always cool tasty drinks. We traveled with a small child and did not take All because of the booze!!! Anyone who has ever ridden HB and All will never ride HB again!!! At first you can save on a ticket, but in the end you will spend much more on the spot exactly on what you originally saved on.)))

You know, I have already expressed my opinion, but a liter of Whiskey for $ 5 is complete nonsense, for this money you in the CIS can’t even buy real Vodka. Local Whiskey 07 liters at Sharm airport $24. Beer in hotel bars 37 pounds, in Sharm 7-10 pounds. By the way, in duty free a can of beer is $ 2, and plain water is 1 liter 10 pounds, in stores

We went HB - very justified! True, our hotel simply did not have ALL))) (Marriott) - through an expensive supermarket - 2 bottles of water, one and a half liters each, about 4-5 pounds (about 20 rubles) - cheaper than in Russia. At dinner, you can drink / you can not drink, you bought some water in the room,))). We are for HB!!! A bottle of martini at duty free in Hurghada (they didn’t take it at the airport, but near the Royal Palace, although the prices were the same, it cost like 15 dollars, i.e. significantly cheaper than even in Russia. We had enough bottles for a week. We also bought some with us. Between breakfast and dinner, they didn’t have time to get hungry, and if they were also on an excursion, then they were fed there + a dry breakfast was collected at the hotel, which was no longer climbed and was stored in the refrigerator in the room - please eat it))) Do not overpay - it makes no sense. Just grab drinks in town. Although for those who like to drink - a separate issue ...
