Is the beach sandy or pontoons?
What city? I liked the cuisine (Italian bias) in Nubian Island (Charm). There are quiet little cottages. And a heated pool, for January is not superfluous.
With a sandy beach - Iberotel in Makadi Bay - 4 years ago seemed to me the best - they also lived in a cottage - but check the price, they can take a little expensive for 1 Makadi line. In general, the Makadi complex is good for walking.

We are going to buy a tour in September, after all, discounts for early booking seem to be. We don’t need heat, the smaller the difference in terms of temperature, the better. Steigenberger is a great hotel. All deluxe with sea view. There are paths, the territory is large, an excellent a la carte restaurant "Alexander". The food is good. Every evening is themed. Delicious pastries in the morning. Excellent SPA. Heated pool with sea water. I recommend this hotel. I have rested there 5 times. Have a nice holiday!

There are no perfect reviews for any hotel. You can't please everyone.
If families with children come to the youth hotel, then they are noisy there. And vice versa. Sometimes people themselves are guilty of bad reviews, as they chose the wrong hotel. And then, against the background of unreceived expectations, they don’t like a lot of things. There are also those who walk around the territory and look for flaws intentionally (somewhere an ant ran, and somewhere a lizard. :)))

The only thing is the sea ... There is a sea without fish. You will not see all the beauty of the Red Sea in this hotel.
My child and I have always been flying only to Sharm. Check out Sharm hotels on Pegasus for your budget.
Still, if you fly to Egypt, then it’s not because of round-the-clock food, but for the sake of the sea, which differs significantly from the Black Sea we are used to.

Steigenberg Al Dau Beach 5 * - an excellent choice, I myself was. But adult bass is not warm there. Ask for rooms on the right side of the hotel where the reception is. They are newer and closer to the entire infrastructure. The sea is deeper on the territory of the four, to the right.
