Everyone here loves chocolate. Vodka and sausage - basically only ours. But small souvenirs (key chains and magnets) can be useful, but not for everyone. Better of course is your tip left for the service you like. After all, you still need money for gifts. So it's better to leave them in the real equivalent and you feel good and the staff is pleased.
