We were in Dana Beach in October. Coral beyond the dead reef, slightly to the right and further into the sea. There were high and low tides, but at low tide people swam behind the "buoys".
There is no huge water park in Dana. There is a swimming pool (heated if necessary) which has water slides and an overturning bucket of water. Slides are suitable only for children. It is difficult to call this a full-fledged water park.
