In Hurghada, the tides are low in the south, in the north there are hotels with deep lagoons, the low tide is not noticeable. If you live in the north, then when you go on an excursion to Cairo, they pick you up last, bring you first, this saves about 1.5 hours. Luxor - inverse relationship.

From what I have tested myself. Hurghada. The beaches are sandy and there are corals in some hotels. We went to Cairo by bus - okay. In Luxor, for some reason, the bus ride is more difficult (to the south, probably). If we compare, we are more tired of Luxor. I liked the trip to Paradise Island on a boat with a transparent bottom: it is not tiring and you can take children. For the first two (especially Luxor) - I categorically do not advise taking children (and they and you are tormented) !!!

Hi. I was in Hurghada in July. I think it will be much closer to get to many excursions here. for example, to a paradise island from the hotel festival le jardin 15 minutes by bus. then you get on a yacht and sail 40 minutes to the reefs. stop there and then sail to a paradise island and rest there for 3 hours. I went to Cairo with TEZ TUR, the departure was at 2 am and it took 7 hours to go (I liked it very much) and even despite July it was not hot. I also went to Luxor to go there for 4 hours. next year I am going to come to Hurghada again, since it is very close to El Gouna from here. so I would advise you to go to HURGHADA. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
