We rested two years ago with a 5-year-old daughter at the end of August-beginning of September. The hotel was full of small children, there were almost no schoolchildren. Yes, it was hot, but we don’t fry on the beach at lunchtime, we arrive at 7 in the morning and swim until 10-10.30, while the kids club opens. Then a small one before lunch at the club, lunch, rest in the room, on the balcony or somewhere else in the room, a swimming pool, sometimes again a kids club, a snack and at 15.30-16.00 again at the sea until sunset. My heat does not like at all, but I endured this regime perfectly.

Not worth it.
The point is not how the air temperature is tolerated, but how easy it is to get a serious burn of the skin or heat stroke there at that time.
There is no need to take a small child to Egypt in August.

Lena, I'm sorry, of course, but if a person asks, then he needs to take the child in August. Not everyone can go on vacation when they want, they go when they can.
Any person can get a burn, no matter what month of the summer, if elementary safety rules are not overdone. Of course, if you sit all day under the scorching sun, then a healthy uncle can get a heat stroke.
The author, the heat in Egypt is much easier to bear than anywhere else with a humid climate.

Thanks for answers. It’s just that usually in September we rested in Turkey and Greece, and this year we decided to try Egypt, but because. never been there, a little doubted, Africa no matter how))))

The author, I advise you to try it and only then you will find out how your child endures the Egyptian heat, otherwise there is no way, everyone has their own "sensitivity threshold"))) I will say for myself, it’s normal for me in Egypt in the summer, which I won’t say about the same Crimea, where stuffy and humid, like in a sauna.

Of course, try it, because we don’t pay money, we won’t lose advisers .... If you don’t want a “steam room” in the Mediterranean, please go to the “sauna” not Finnish-Egyptian .... IMHO

We are also going with a small child. My husband and I ourselves were at the end of August and even went to the luxor in such heat, but it was not unbearable. Be patient, live. In the morning we went early to the sea, then lay by the bass or slept in the room. And then the beach again in the evening. Now in Kyiv, 35 in the shade, I go out with a child early in the morning and late in the evening, but here Egypt is not advised ...

Before October, it is hard there with small children. Everyone has different opinions, but I personally hide all day in an air-conditioned room, stealthily going to the beach early in the morning and in the evening (and you can’t swim after sunset) ... I don’t know why such a vacation ... it especially kills that at night the temperature in the area 32-35. Children are all the time "boiled", capricious. No, I don't recommend.

During my life in Sharm (more than 5 years), at any time of the year I observed children of completely different ages and nationalities, including Slavic children! In this matter, everything is very individual.

Rested in August with a baby of 14 months.
We were always wearing a panama hat and under an umbrella.
The heat was no problem. It was very comfortable.
