We go every winter (December, January) with small children 3 and 4 years old. Swimming and we and the children. It was never 22 or 23. It was always 25-26 during the day. The tan is super, did not burn. There was one windy day, the last already, so no frustration. In the evening you need a jacket or a light jacket. I don’t know about anyone, but we love to relax during this period.
