I don’t know, I don’t know Phanar is promoted by everyone, BUT MANY PEOPLE ---- few ...... as they say. And on vacation, crowds of people (motley) are not very ... I actually think that the end of March in Sharm will be comfortable and therefore if they fly to the NBC in winter, then March-April is very possible. I support Cleopatra luxury with both hands. You'll like it!!!!!!! If you want a huge sandy beach, without the terrible diving from a pontoon, then see the hotels in Naama Bay. Of those where they were: Novotel and Sharm Dreams (former Hilton). It's warm there, a fairly sheltered bay, quite normal rooms and food, the cleaner in Sharm was generally smart and licked everything with special zeal. BUT you want more expensive hotels then I recommend Cleopatra (worth the trip). And the reviews can be customized, or just turn out to be a farce. Choose, read and do not listen to tour agents, sometimes they mold this ......... Now many take tours online and I liked it: quickly, without advice .... .

I recommend you Tropitel, from personal experience. https://www.turpravda.ua/eg/hurgada/Tropitel_Sahl_Hasheesh-h33747-r289187.html - link to the review. The reef at the hotel is very colorful and lively. Sahl Hasheesh, in my opinion, is the best district in Hurghada, and probably in all of Egypt.

Stalla Di Mare Charm. The best choice. All other Sharm hotels that you wrote are worse. Steigenberger is also good, but this is Hurghada. I agree with your travel agent, you need to watch the Red Sea in Sharm. Stella has an excellent reef, but you need to go to a stationary pantone. Very good diving center in the hotel. You do not need to spend money on an excursion, as in Hurghada, to sail on a yacht to watch fish. The reef is at your fingertips, spend when you want for free.

From your Sharm list only SUNRISE Diamond. Jazz Phanar - the price is sooo overpriced. We were Jazz Fanara. If you want a windless bay, then the Reef Oasis Beach and Sentido are nearby.

I never understood those who praise Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh. To fly to Hurghada and enter the sea from the pier is some kind of masochism. There are only 3 hotels in Sahl Hasheesh with a good entry into the sea, these are Pyramisa, Sunrise (Premier) Romance and Old Palace, i.e. northern part of the bay.

Focus on whether you want to visit excursions. Cairo, Luxor - better from Hurghada. Bathyscaphe - from Sharm. And prioritize the sea. Do you want to watch this underwater world? Or just want to relax on the beach? And the solution will come by itself. :) I'm rather an exception, Charm didn't hit me hard. I'm afraid of fish. I want to try to go to Hurghada again. Sharm is better, Sharks Bay and Naama Bay closed water is clear, we were at the end of January, entry into the sea from the shore is sandy and there are pontoons approximately 5 m, hotels if 5 *****, then movenpick, carrier, sheraton, and if 4 * ***, then the choice is even greater.

We rested in Stella and were more than satisfied, excellent number of rooms, very compact well-groomed territory, excellent cuisine, the reef is also very good, only you can’t swim in one direction - there is a military base, and where there is a dead reef.
