We have repeatedly used the services of this operator - I can’t say anything very bad about the delivery to the hotel and back. They have one major drawback (and everywhere) - hotel guides. In Ukraine, Pegasus works with one of the best carriers - UIA. Serious jambs in this regard are rare. Here we are, tonight (or rather, early in the morning) flying out of Kyiv, our flight is in place, at the same time friends from Moscow were supposed to fly, but their flight was already rescheduled 4 hours later, so they are already losing the day completely.
This year, Pegasus had some kind of awkwardness in Greece (the return flight to Odessa was canceled, they were allowed to go to Kyiv), so as compensation, Pegasus extended the rest for free for 2 nights and 2 days (I know from friends). So, it happens anyway.

Because they went out of their way to make our holiday perfect. There were no flight delays, either to Egypt or from it. No inconvenience upon arrival - settled immediately. The unobtrusive guide, on the contrary, advised where and what you can buy cheaper, what you generally need to buy in Taba ... The place where the hotel is located is wonderful, next to the Sinai Mountains, but the Red Sea is beyond praise. In general, what to tell - you need to see!

At local tour operators the cost of the SAME trip is $75. A few days later I go to the representative of Pegasus, I ask if there was a person, he says no! And he insists on buying a tour from her. We refused their services and Zhanna threatened not to go ourselves! We went to Israel from the local tour company "Gena and Cheburashka" everything went more than fine, we are satisfied with the trip! I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND using the services of the Pegas-Touristik company. In February 2013, my husband and I were late for a charter flight from Yekaterinburg to Kerala (India) due to the fault of the operator of the company (she mixed up the time of departure and arrival). Another thing was very disturbing. At a speed of under 200 km / h, we raced at night along a slippery road to the airport from our city (100 km from Yekaterinburg). By phone, we agreed with the airport workers that they would put us on the plane even after the check-in was over. We had to get our passports with visas and other travel documents at the airport from Pegas-Touristik employee Konstantin Baev. The airport staff told him that we were late and asked him to wait for us. Baev refused and after the end of registration he went home with our documents.
