I was in Taba in Movenpick in January. Review here. Sea +18, the sun was two times. Saved by the indoor pool, the room in the building and the lobby bar in the huge hall. And the hall also saved. There was somewhere to even go out in the evening, because it's cold outside.

I don’t know how it was in January (I think it’s even worse !!!), but in May I was simply blown away from the beach in Soneste on some days! And when the wind was from the desert, the water in the sea became just icy, no one was swimming! The hotel is a transit base for lovers of Jerusalem and Petra, we do not consider ourselves young (45-46 years old), but even we were bored there! The territory is small, bald, food is 3+, sometimes I had to arrange a riot in the canteen to replace torn tablecloths and provide everyone with chicken legs (moreover, the Germans were the "leaders" :))) One +: good spacious rooms, with decent and comfortable furniture.
