Although the hotel itself looks great, and inside too. But here's the service ... it's something. My wife even roasted meat herself in the restaurant to eat. And then there are 50-70 people in line, and this freak chef turned around and left for an indefinite time. Although many have praised the Hilton and the Intercontinental, it's possible that they are better. From myself I can say that personally I would not go to Taba because of visiting Israel. This can be done from Sharm, though further. The price will be the same as from Taba, if not less. But on the other hand, you will not spoil your vacation and the life of Sonesta. In Taba you can see the Intercontinental. They praise it very much, but I won’t say for the price ... And in the fall we went to Israel from Hurghada, flew to Taba by plane, and from there it was already according to the general program. We were in Taba in mid-December, we managed to visit Israel even before the current war. There were 4 stars "Sol i mar see star" as a guest, from the border with Israel - 6 km.! Large room, excellent service, excellent food, believe me, I was in E. for the fifth time, I encountered tough meat in Hurghada. Sorry, there is one mistake in the previous letter: 3-4 hours to go from Sharm to Taba, and there from Taba exactly 5 hours, however, there was 1-1.5 rest on the road, where people got off the bus to warm up, drink coffee, buy souvenirs + toilet.
