We did not live in a hotel - we rented an apartment, the windows overlooked the street, where it was very noisy until 2 am because of the Africans hanging out there in droves, and from 6 am - because of the cleaning machine ... But we DIDN'T notice it!! ! After all, we were IN PARIS!!! We left the house at 8-9 am and came back at 9-10 pm... I want to go to Paris again - I even agree to the cellar!!!
