I will say right away that the option with a visa in the form presented will not work. There is a regulation on the transition from one type of visa to another. You can only move from a "higher" view to a lower one. For example, you can switch from a student visa to a tourist visa, but not vice versa. If you want to stay in Paris longer, then a tourist visa with a small amount of money is of little use, because it requires a hotel reservation and confirmation of the availability of funds at the rate of 40 euros per day.
