To be honest, knowing the requirements of the consulate about such a paper, I specifically looked for a hotel in Paris so that there would be no "free cancellation", in the hope that if the money was withdrawn, it would be easier to get the right paper. I already called Booking before the letter, they only then sent me a booking confirmation from the hotel, and they said the rest of the questions should be addressed directly with the hotel, they can’t take payment (well, that’s understandable). I wrote to the hotel in English on the 8th. I even tried to book the same room directly on their website and they called me from there, I explained what I needed, they told me to send a copy of the card, I sent it the same day. So far, zero results. I called the bank, they said that there was no attempt to withdraw money. I'm just worried because time flies so fast :(

I had a similar situation with a hotel in Tallinn, though not for a visa, but to calm my nerves (they booked in NG) .. to the address that was on booking - the letters remained unanswered .. as I later found out already at the hotel - something group address of several hotels..
and as I wrote to the address found on the website of the hotel itself - they answered on the same day
