Secondly, the guide Natalia, who was recommended to us by the company the most (as we were told, she has the Blue Badge category, which means that she is the highest category guide in England), did not live up to our expectations, as she was absolutely on her own wave, did not showed us the most important sights, for example, in a 4-hour excursion by car, we, unfortunately, were not shown the changing of the guard, although we wanted to see it without fail and warned about this in advance. Our questions were simply ignored. Natalia poured a lot of water during the tour, flattered quite flatly (that we do not really like St. Petersburg people) and as a result, on the survey, we did not understand absolutely anything about the beautiful city of London.
