Not in Chersonissos itself. This small town is a coastline with beaches and hotels, then there is a road (like a highway) and the second line of hotels and shops begins. That. this is the main street along which everyone walks, and along the promenade, of course. In general, I was not impressed, somehow vain and noisy, especially in the evening. In my opinion, it makes sense to take a hotel in places somewhere between noisy tourist places. In addition, there one settlement smoothly flows into another. But we did not sit still and began to explore nearby places. Buses run there, you can go to another city or other region, it’s very convenient, but if you take a car or an ATV, it’s generally beautiful. Yes, and in Hersonissos itself, I did not like the beaches and entry into the sea (pebbles). We went to the beach by bus to Malia, but not to the center, but a little further away there is still a museum with ruins nearby. If necessary, I’ll definitely look at me, I even have a photo of this wonderful beach (by the way, sandy). The bus fare was 1.2 euros. And it also seemed to me that some Cretans like to cheat, in the sense of counting the change. To summarize, there were many more positive moments !!
