Who was, tell me on the beaches of the island
Good afternoon! In plans to visit the island for a couple of days, we need recommendations on beaches accessible without a car.
Beautiful, specific places are also of interest. Thanks

the whole island is admirable! you need to know exactly where you will be staying in order to orient yourself along the beaches and scenic spots if you are without a car

I will be there for 2-3 days and I will live where it is beautiful. You tell me where it is beautiful and affordable without a car, and housing is a matter of 25 toe. And yes, I will sail to Corfu in Kerkyra. That is, start and finish from it.

it’s a pity, but in 2-3 days it will be impossible to see the whole island, of course. In this case, you’d better stop in Kerkyra itself. 1 day will be spent only on this city, with obligatory visits to temples, castles (and they are huge) and just walking around the city and the coast. Of course, you need to go to Paleokastritsa, to Pantokrator, but I don’t know if buses go there. In principle, if you take a map of the island and look at the bus routes, you can choose your route depending on the time - wherever you go , it's just a fabulous island!!! I could tell a lot, but it's hard to describe everything. I'll be glad to help you if something else interests you

Thank you. If it’s not difficult for you, tell me about the beaches and natural beauties, with cities and architecture everything is more or less clear, but where to go for the sake of beautiful views, rocks, etc.?
Perhaps we will drag the car on the ferry, or maybe we will leave it in Albania - it all changes for one or two.
I, purely for myself, determined 2 nights and 3 days as a maximum in Corfu, but days can be both annoyed and taken away.
So far I don’t see what to do there for more than 3 days, unless you mattress)))))
I love quick sightseeing mixed with swimming, in mainland Greece I have climbed almost everything except the very south. So I decided to look at Corfu from Albania.

City beaches do not meet my requirements)))) There are a lot of people, I need to swim on sparsely populated beaches, even if they are with hedgehogs, stones, I don’t need sunbeds and other rubbish like bananas, I need it: it’s beautiful and there are no people))))
Which beaches do you like and which do not. Which part of the island has more beautiful views, and where so-so. Well, in this regard, I'm interested in everything. If not difficult, of course)

It is better to travel to Corfu with a car, because. bus routes are provided for local residents to travel to the city and return back. And by car in 3 days you can go around the whole island and visit everywhere in the mountains and on the beaches.

Thank you. I agree, it is better by car, but it is not at all a fact that we will have such an opportunity. We will definitely not take a car in Greece to Corfu. This is 1000%. And whether we will clatter on a ferry for 80 euros in both directions with some kind of crap from Albania for three days is also a question, especially if the distributor sets additional conditions. But these are all my problems that I can handle.
First of all, I need such things - purely geographical names of beautiful locations - beaches, viewpoints and observation decks, etc. In order to understand whether it is worth dragging a car for the sake of these places, the second, if without a car, where you can get is not very problematic.
Names please!

I understand you very well - I myself am the same :) we started by car from Corfu down the coast and stopped where we liked and where there were no people, except for all the famous sights, of course. We accidentally stopped at the southernmost point to some ruined church and found a simply stunning view from the cliff to the sea and the beach, on which there were only seagulls, because. because it is inaccessible to people - it was an indescribable beauty! Then, if you drive along the coast, long sandy beaches go up, even if there are people there, they do not create a crowd, because. the coast is actually very long and wide - you can swim, rinse and sit just to admire this beautiful element - the sea and all its shades! mountain serpentine. As I already wrote, be sure to visit Paleokastritsa and Pantakrator. In Sidari, take a water excursion along the coast - it's very beautiful! And all this can be combined with swimming :) Near Sidari, we went down by car to some beach (I don't remember the exact name, it seems Astrakeri) - it's tiny and generally deserted, you can feel like on a desert island

Descending from the northern part of the island along the coast towards Kerkyra, stop by the Kassiopi castle - take a walk around the town - and then along the serpentine you will enjoy the most beautiful views of the bays and coves, and if you want, stop somewhere for swimming. We also tried to avoid hackneyed places and therefore stopped where we liked, so I can’t tell you exactly the names, but we were lucky, because. there were very few people during our trip. If you still have the opportunity to take a car, use it - you won't regret it, because the island is really worthy of admiration and you should see everything if possible. If there is anything else I can help with, ask

thanks, I’ll look for all this on the map) there’s still such an idea, what if you drag the car with you, and spend the night (2 nights with us) or at a campsite (well, it’s simple, they are there) or right on the beach / car. Now my husband and I are boring and harmful, but before the tent and the dawn on the sea or in the mountains, it was my everything. here we think - we can remember our youth))) have there been such beaches (outside the cities, such as wild ones) where you can stay by the sea, next to the car? Well, what is civilized, a parking lot there, or a place for a car. how practiced?

Thank you very much - all the best)

When leaving Kerkyra, there is such a place, I saw 2 tents there. Be sure to go to St. Spyridon. I myself am not a believer, but even this place shocked me.

If you are looking for a beautiful sea and rocks, then Paleokastritsa is definitely the place for you.
