The doctor will probably issue it in their native language. Who will need it (without translation into English)? Theoretically, you need to run with it to the notarius, translate, certify ... An additional waste of time and money. While PCR is now pricked up, it does all the laboratories and immediately with the translation. In short, as always, the "law" was published, but the algorithm was not developed.
