Once it was that there weren’t enough people on the tour I paid for, then I was offered another one with a departure for my dates. I wanted to go to Germany, but I went to Italy, which I almost regretted. But the employee paid for the tour on the eve of the start of last year’s quarantine, the tour cost only 100 euros, then the money hung, she is periodically offered tours to countries where she could go or around Ukraine, but she doesn’t go yet, let’s say she has a deposit of 100 Euro. Of course, you can sue (you will pay all legal costs), but I am 99% sure that the money will not be returned to you, since the tour is not canceled, but rescheduled (they have this condition in the contract, of course, they are not fools, all the more often tours are not recruited in a pandemic, all this is spelled out in the contract, read it). If I were you, the cost of the tour would also conditionally translate into "deposit " and would then go somewhere.

Postponing the tour for 3 weeks is not a "sutteva zmina obstavin"? Or the tour was postponed not due to a shortage of the group. We ourselves are to blame that we allow such scammers as Accord-tour to cash in on us, we do not protect our rights!!!That's why I propose to unite and go to court with a class action!!!
