We went to Crete 4 years in a row with flippers and masks. We lived at the Iberostar Crete panorama hotel. I can’t say which sea is more interesting, but for myself I concluded that there is nothing to see where there is no sandy and gradual entry into the sea. It is better if there are stones, rocks and a few meters from the entrance the sea deepens a lot. I hope you find something suitable for yourself.
